Homestead at Clarendon Hills
Urban Infill communities are of special interest, and we’ve recently acquired a parcel of land at the entrance to the prestigious Clarendon Hills neighborhood in Fort Collins, Colorado, near the southeast corner of Harmony Road and Shields. The final plat and development plan is pending and we hope to break ground on eight homesites here by beginning of 2021.

Phase 1 of The Enclave offers spectacular views of the Front Range overlooking Boedecker Lake in the prestigious Mariana Butte community. The Enclave at Marianna Butte offers natural areas, developed parks and access to the City of Loveland’s lakeside trail. Heritage Ridge
We are in the final stages of development for Heritage Ridge in Berthoud, finishing up landscaping and irrigation in common areas and around the community pool. There are still many choice lots available for building your dream home with American Legend Homes, or available finished homes provided by Saint Aubyn Homes.
Watch for news of our final two phases of Heritage Ridge – 18 single family lots nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac at the south end of the community, and a small community of paired homes just east of our pool and cabana.

Kitchel Lake
Homes now available in a great location in Timnath with Poudre Schools a short drive away from Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado State University and with extensive trails and parks within the community. There is a wide selection of floor plans and lots from Saint Aubyn Homes, a leading Northern Colorado builder.
The first 140 lots have been delivered to Saint Aubyn Homes in Filing 2, and 110 new lots will soon be under development. A new site plan request for the area around Kitchel Lake is pending with the Town of Timnath.
